Week 23

Oh can you believe it, a present arrived for me today. Mummy and Daddy have got my cot and change table today. It is a nice deep cherry colour, it looks so nice.

I wonder how long it will take my Daddy to put these pieces together, he is not that much of a handyman. I am going to sit back and laugh...

I hope he takes a picture for you to see when he finally assembles my cot.
Can you imagine him trying to do it?

Week 22

Well they have finally done it, my parents that is.
They have finally decided on my name.

18 more weeks before YOU get to know.

Have you guessed if I am a boy or girl yet?
Mummy and Daddy don't even know.

Week 22

After weeks of playing hide and seek from my Daddy, I let him feel me kick today. It was just a little tease, but I gave him a few slight bumps when he placed his hand on Mummy's belly. I wont tell him, but it was a more of, "get your hand off me" type of kick.

Wait till I get a bit older in a few weeks and he will know about kicking when I start jabbing him in the back while he is trying to sleep.

Hehehehehehehehe.

Man, I'm going to have so much fun.

Week 21

I'm growing bigger and bigger by the day and to my true self, I have been an annoying little embryo. Yesterday I decided not to kick at all, Mummy was concerned as she did not feel me moving around, the first of many stunts I will pull. Daddy came home and I was so excited to feel him rub Mummys belly, so I kicked a little.

I am now causing my Mummy to get up and go to the toilet about three times a night. Up down, up down, up down. I'm aiming to make her get up four times a night. Daddy is such a heavy sleeper he doesnt move at all, Ill get him when Im born, crying through the night should do the trick. Then it will be Mummy and I ensuing he does some work around the house.

Time for a nap, Im off to bed.. Ciao.

Week 20

I went to see the mid wife today. A nice birthing centre coordinated through St George Hospital called STOMP, they seem really nice.

Mummy and Daddy heard my heart beat, I tried to run and hide but they found me. It was only a short stay, but I will go back there from time to time over the next few weeks.

Ahhhhh, thank goodness for Medicare, thank you Mr Whitlam for not letting Australian society have a rich only hospital system. You have developed a form of health care at all Australians can enjoy, even if at times it may not be the best or most efficient, at least every Australian has access get their medicial condictions fixed. Not like other countries. I rather be born in the waiting room of a hospital then be left out in the street cause I dont have health insurance.

Bring on the 2027 federal election...............

Week 20

Mummy and Daddy started the pre natal course and went to St George Hospital to learn how to become parents and work through my growing stages. I'm telling you right here and now, there ain't anything that will prepare them for me. I think that I will take after my Daddy, a naughty little boy.

My Daddy is so cool, he rocked the classroom during the pre natal course. He answered all the questions and displayed such humour that had the class roaring with laughter. We go again next week and I know he will be up to his tricks again.

I heard the teacher, Florance, getting everyone ready for my birth and they practised Pelvic Floor , Mummy Im telling you now it wont help you, childbirth is painful, well I will make it be anyway.

Has Daddy show you my new pictures yet?

Ok bye for now I will catch you all soon

Week 19

Hello everyone.
I had my second ultrasound today, so I'm guessing that Mummy and Daddy saw me today. I'm so cute, I'm know that I'm sooooooooo good looking. Well you too can check me out, that is, if Daddy did it right and uploaded the images.

Daddy is cooking his world famous Chicken and Mushroom Risotto tonight. I have been hanging out for that meal. Yummy.....

Mummy and Daddy brought me a stroller yesterday. It is a cool three wheeler, I'm gonna look so cool as I cruise the streets.
